DS as president, one page, 11 x 15, May 5, 1817. Ships passport issued to the Merchant and Samuel Odiorne, with fifteen men, bearthed in New York, signed at the bottom in black ink by Monroe. Matted and framed with a color portrait of Monroe and a small plaque, to an overall size of 24.5 x 21.5.
