DS, signed 'Thos. A. Edison,' two pages both sides, 8.5 x 11, November 11, 1925. Minutes of A Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Edison Storage Battery Supply Company, signed in fountain pen by 'Thos. A. Edison' and his son, 'Charles Edison.' Minutes include a motion to purchase 170,000 gallons of fuel oil, 60,000 pounds of reduced nickel and 18,000 pounds of Lithium Hydrate. In fine condition, with light even toning, a few creases and Thomas Edison's characteristic flourish goes through portion of his son's signature.
