In part, 'I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of some dispatches from your Lordship, which were forwarded to me by Captain Henry of Savannah...Not having received any Accounts whatever from Major General Prevost...I have to lament that I can only enclose for your Lordship's information, copies of Reports and Intelligence lately received from Georgia; but the Commodore is so good to say he will send your Lordship extracts of letters he has just received from captain henry, who commands His Majesty's Ships in the Savannah river.'
