In part, 'I've got to get a club president right away, because everyone keeps asking my [sic] can they join my fan club, and I don't have any fan club except what you have been doing. A girl up here promised to be the club president for me but she knew about as much as I do about it and that's nothing. So I want you to take the job officially for me...I haven't got on around to talking to Jimmy Dean but I did found out he does have a fan club by his mail...I got a letter from Nashville saying in April I'm to be back on the Opry on T. V.... I'll let you know the date later on and maybe you can come and meet me in Nashville...The Washington Star Paper is coming out in about 4 weeks with a story and pictures of me. I'm to be the cover girl on the magazine.' In fine condition.
