Act entitled 'An Act providing for the sale of the Lands of the United States in the territory north-west of the Ohio and above the mouth of the Kentucky River.' Madison grants a quarter lot of land to Henry Liteanaker. Matted to an overall size of 18 x 14. In very good condition, with mirroring of seal over Madison's signature, scattered toning, heavier in folds, a bit of trivial skipping to Monroe's signature and a worn and soiled intact seal.
