Four-panel Peanuts reproduction of a daily comic strip, May 12, 1987 on 23.5 x 6.5 white cardstock signed and inscribed across the top, 'For Susan - Best wishes, Charles M. Schulz.' Also displays a facsimile signature of Schulz in the last panel. Comic shows a blissful Snoopy giving a silent hug to Sally and then to Charlie Brown. In the last panel Charlie remarks, 'You can always tell when he's been listenng to Leo Buscaglia tapes.' Leo Buscaglia was a wildly successful writer and workshop leader in the 70s and 80s who was famous for his message on brotherly love and for his trademark bear hugs.
