Zapata explains his change of policy

Mexican agrarian revolutionary, assassinated by an army officer in 1919. TLS in Spanish, one page, 8.75 x 13.5, Ejercito Libertador letterhead, October 20, 1915. Letter to a General. In part, 'In view of an event presented by various individuals of the District of Tenancingo...under my charge by general consent, revoked the order that has been expedited to have C. General Solis turn over the Plaza Tenancingo that was under his charge to C. General Ignacio Fuentes. For now, there is nothing left to do over the matter to satisfy the demands made by Solis.
