Document signed as Governor of Virginia. A land grant to John Suggitt for 250 acres 'in the County of Fayette on the South side of the South fork of Elkhorn.' Nicely suede matted and framed with a nice image of Henry and a biographical plaque, to an overall size of 34 x 29. In good condition, with scattered water stains, mostly to center and bottom edge, approaching but not affecting signature, edge and corner wear and some minor paper loss in the document folds.
