Henry grants George Caldwell (assignee of Andrew Johnston) for 400 acres of land in Virginia. Signed at the bottom in black ink by Henry. In very good condition, with scattered toning, a bit heavier in folds, several small pin size holes, reinforcement tape to folds on reverse and a worn but intact seal.
