Affidavit concerning an agreement between RKO Pictures and George and Ira Gershwin concerning all compensation be paid to them jointly, without any allocation between them. These monies will be divided with sixty percent going to George and forty percent going to Ira. Both Gershwins also agree to file Form 591, concerning non resident status.
