Signed at the conclusion in black ink by Adams and counter signed by the Commissioner of the General Land Office. Matted and framed with a small portrait of Adams and a commemorative coin, to an overall size of 21 x 17.5 In fine condition, with heavy document folds, worn but intact seal and some scattered light soiling.
