Free franked envelope panel, 4.5 x 2.75, addressed entirely in Adam's hand to 'Richard Rush Esq, Attorney General, Philadelphia,' signed in the address area 'J. Adams,' with Adams writing 'Free,' in the top right corner and dated August 11, 1811.
