DS, signed 'J. Q. Adams,' one page, 15.25 x 9.5, January 3, 1828. Adams grants eighty acres of land in Crawfordsville, Indiana to James Goodwin, signed at the bottom by Adams. Double matted and framed with a small portrait of Adams, to an overall size of 19 x 18. In very good condition, with handwritten text light, but legible, expected folds, worn but intact seal and a bit of light spotting. RRAuction COA.
