Sammy Davis, Jr.'s personally-owned and -worn long-sleeve blue dress shirt, custom-made by Nat Wise of Sunset Strip, California. The front pocket is embroidered "Sammy Jr.," and name and date tags are sewn inside the neck, "Sammy Davis Jr." and "Jan. 1976," flanking the Nat Wise tailor's tag. In fine condition, with some light wear and staining. Originally purchased from the estate of Sammy Davis, Jr. via Julien's Auctions, Summer 2010.
