Also included is a 'Buffalo Bill's Wild West and Congress of Rough Riders of the World' envelope, with portraits of Cody and Nate Salsbury, postmarked March 9, 1898, and a 'Colonel Wm. F. Cody (Buffalo Bill)' envelope, with portrait of Cody and postmark dated to September 6, 1910, addressed nicely in the hand of Buffalo Bill's Arizona mining partner, John D. Burgess. In very good to fine condition.
