Two TLSs in Spanish: one signed as a colonel, one page, 8.75 x 6.25, October 14, 1943, transmitting an official copy of a decree; and one to Manuel A. Odria, president of junta military government in Peru, two pages on two adjoining sheets, 6.5 x 8.75, March 22, 1950, in part (translated): "Taking advantage of the return of my Ambassador Doctor Oderigo and corresponding to his affectionate cordiality and the mutual sympathy that is invariable tradition in the relations of our peoples, I am very pleased to make him the recipient of a friendly greeting of comrade and friend. Allow me to send you a book 'Argentina' in which you can see our efforts for a fair, free and sovereign country." In overall very good to fine condition.
