Four items: a matte-finish 8 x 10 photo of the creator of the first polio vaccine, signed in black ink, "Jonas E. Salk"; and a set of three brief TLSs, each one page, dated to 1955, 1962, and 1975, each addressed to Ken Browne and offering his well wishes. In overall very good to fine condition, with a rough left edge to one of the letters, and a horizontal crease across the photo which passes through Salk's face. Accompanied by two original mailing envelopes.
