Seward (DS), Attorney General Edward Bates (ALS), Postmaster General William Dennison, Jr (ALS), General-in-Chief George B. McClellan (ALS), and Major Generals Ambrose Burnside (signature), George Meade (ALS), Winfield Scott Hancock (ALS), Joseph Hooker (ALS), Daniel Sickles (ALS), Benjamin Butler (signature), and Wesley Merritt (ALS). In overall very good to fine condition, with the front cover detached and the spine damaged; inner pages are all clean and fine.
