Prince's personally-owned and -worn gray casual Versace 'Jeans Couture' long-sleeve shirt with black buttons, size medium, featuring thin vertical stripes and a logo embroidered on the left breast. In fine condition. Accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Jeff Lowe of Beaufort Liquidation. Lowe acquired a collection of Prince's personal items in 2007 directly from Prince's ex-wife, Mayte Garcia, who had received them as part of their divorce settlement. Prince sued Lowe in federal court to prevent his sale of the items to the Hard Rock Cafe. The letter reads, in part: "This Versace casual grey 'wrinkled' stretch shirt was worn by Prince during his marriage to Mayte Garcia. Prince abandoned this shirt in the closet of his mansion in Spain after his divorce to Mayte Garcia. I obtained this shirt and many other Prince owned items directly from Mayte in the LAX airport in Los Angeles."
