Carlos Santana's personally-owned and -used Alvarez single cutaway classical acoustic-electric guitar, natural finish with a black fingerboard, played both on stage and in studio by the legendary guitarist. Guitar is Alvarez model CY127CE, serial no. 64305, and features a handsome design encircling the soundhole. Includes a letter of provenance signed by Santana and a photo of him playing the guitar. In fine condition, with fraying to a couple strings. Accompanied by the original hardshell case, a still-sealed set of Santana's guitar strings, and a red Dunlop guitar pick. Known for incorporating classical Latin American acoustic music with the sound of electric blues-rock, Santana is considered one of the greatest, most innovative guitarists of all-time.
