Description  

Austrian composer and music theorist (1883-1959) most famous for developing a method for composing with all 12 notes of the chromatic scale. AQS in German on an off-white 8.25 x 11.5 gridded sheet, signed at the conclusion, “Berlin, 7.II.1956, Josef Matthias Hauer.” A thoughtful quote concerning music. In part (translated): “The architect of the world has ever produced by the absolute music composed for all times, perfect, complete.” In fine condition. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
