Partly-printed DS, signed "Geo. D. Widener," one page, 10.75 x 7.25, January 25, 1895. Stock certificate issued to Joseph M. Shoemaker for 10 shares in the Philadelphia Traction Company, signed at the conclusion by Widener as the company's president. In fine condition, with staining along the left edge, and two cancellation cuts to the signature.
