Andrew Carnegie

Of course it is of little use unless in the Sept number when Congress will be in thick of the question—I hope it may prove a fitting No. 2 to the ABC—I have gone over it carefully but must beg you to edit & read with extreme care & change as you see advisable. Be careful not to date it from here or any where—.” Nicely matted and framed with an image of Carnegie to an overall size of 26 x 18.75. In very good to fine condition, with a small area of paper loss to the top edge, and scattered overall light creasing. Oversized. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
