Confirmation letter in regards “to the financial statements of Walt Disney Productions for the year ended September 28, 1968.” Signed by several members of Walt Disney Productions, including Roy Disney as the chairman of the board. Also includes a pledge and assignment of mortgage and chattels between the Walt Disney Company and the Bank of America in regards to the short subject motion picture “now entitled ‘Autopia,’” dated October 21, 1955, signed at the conclusion by James Johnson, the president of the Walt Disney Music Company. In fine condition, with small stains to the top of the Roy Disney document. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
