Philip Schuyler

American soldier and statesman (1733–1804) who served as a general in the American Revolution and was a member of the first session of Congress as a Senator from New York. ALS signed “Ph: Schuyler,” one page, 6.25 x 7.75, May 26, 1794. Letter to noted New York merchant Nicholas Low. In full: “Please to pay Mr. Rensselaer Schuyler or order two hundred and fifty dollars and charge the same to Account.” In fine condition, with a mounting strip to the left edge. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
