Lobdell as “Postmaster of Brewster’s Station, in the County of Putnam, State of New York.” Signed at the conclusion by Arthur and countersigned by Postmaster General Timothy O. Howe. Post Office Department seal and ribbons affixed to lower left remain fully intact.
