First-rate vintage matte-finish 10 x 8 photo of the Beatles wearing matching collarless suits during a Dezo Hoffman photo shoot in 1963, signed in black ballpoint, "John Lennon, xxx," and in blue ballpoint, "George Harrison, xxx," "Paul McCartney," and "Ringo Starr, xxx." In fine condition, with a few light creases and very faint discoloration in the bottom border. Accompanied by a lengthy letter of provenance from the original recipient, as well as by a letter of authenticity from noted Beatles expert Frank Caiazzo, who states that this "photograph was signed by The Beatles in March of 1964, when the band was in the midst of filming their first feature movie entitled 'A Hard Day's Night.' This is one of the most desirable images to have signed by The Beatles, as it is the most recognizable pose of the world's most famous foursome." A quintessential Beatles photo augmented all the more by its lack of inscription and above-average condition—unquestionably among the very finest fully signed examples we have offered.
