Limited edition commemorative cover from the personal archive of Fred Haise with a cachet honoring Apollo 13, postmarked at Kennedy Space Center on the 30th anniversary of the launch, signed in black ink, "James Lovell, CDR" and "Fred Haise, LMP." The reverse is numbered 3/152 and stamped as being an unflown cover from Haise's collection. In fine condition.
