This manual presents a brief explanation of the objectives of the mission, ground monitoring and control, the flight sequence, the air-to-ground communications system, and the personnel assigned to the mission. Housed in its original orange binder. In very good to fine condition, with general light overall wear from use. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Farthest Reaches.
