The report provides details on the second Apollo moon-landing, and includes chapters concerning: “Lunar Surface Exploration,” “Lunar Descent and Landing,” “Trajectory,” “Lunar Dust,” “Command and Service Module Performance,” “Lunar Module Performance,” “Biomedical Evaluation,” “Mission Support Performance,” and “Assessment of Mission Objectives.” The report features several pullout charts. The name "E. L. Michel," who worked in NASA's medical offices, is stamped in the upper right corner of the cover.
