DS, signed “Steven T. McQueen,” one page, 8.5 x 11.25, March 15, 1968. Application to the Eastern Life Insurance Company of New York for a four-year plan with an insurance amount of $200,000. The application lists McQueen’s place and date of birth, his home and business addresses, and his occupation with exact duties, “Actor—Executive Pres. of Corp., Acting & executive duties.” The application has filled out in another hand and signed at the conclusion in black ballpoint by McQueen. In fine condition. McQueen was one of Hollywood’s most sought-after leading men at the time he signed this document. In 1968, he starred in the caper The Thomas Crown Affair, as well as the action-thriller Bullitt, a film that helped revolutionize the way car chases were captured and further cemented McQueen’s stake as ‘The King of Cool.’ Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
