Description
Original rough-draft full-length felt tip sketch of an Apollo moonwalker on an 11.25 x 18.25 off-white sheet. Image depicts an astronaut in his space suit and BLSS pack, with a camera attached to the front of his space suit. Bean has sketched a basic human from inside the suit, and added several measurement notations. Signed along the bottom in black felt tip by Bean. Double-matted and framed to an overall size of 18.5 x 26.5. In fine condition. While prints of Bean’s work are accessible, originals are quite scarce. Pre-certified Steve Zarelli and RR Auction COA.
