Description


Apollo 16 insurance cover with a cachet of the Apollo 16 mission insignia, and two sets of astronaut wings, bearing an April 16, 1972, Kennedy Space Center postmark, signed in blue felt tip by John Young, Charlie Duke, and Ken Mattingly. Reverse bears a printed certification which reads, “Original Apollo 16 Insurance Cover Pre-launch signed on the obverse from my personal collection,” and signed by John Young. In very fine condition. Pre-certified Steve Zarelli and RR Auction COA.
