Signed on the first free end page in black felt tip by author Milton W. Rosen, who led the development of the Viking and Vanguard rockets. Berg has written his name on the textblock edges, "Otto E. Berg," and annotated many pages throughout the text—making brief remarks in the margins, underlining key passages, and highlighting several phrases. Berg's annotations are more frequent in the early part of the book, covering Goddard's experiments with liquid-fueled rocket engines and the German V-2 rocket. In fine condition.
