Partly-printed DS, signed “Central Connellsville Coke Co. by A. W. Mellon Pt.,” and "A. W. Mellon," one page both sides, 8.5 x 14, July 10, 1886. Preliminary agreement between the Central Connellsville Coke Co. and the South West Pennsylvania Railway Co. for a right-of-way through a tract of land, signed at the conclusion by Mellon as president of the Central Connellsville Coke Co. Mellon also endorses a notarized statement on the reverse. In fine condition.
