Original color 16.5 x 23.25 poster released by the Daily Post newspaper on December 3, 1999, boldly announcing Paul McCartney’s plans to perform at the Cavern Club: “Beatle Sir Paul to Play Cavern Club.” Rolled and in fine condition. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Tracks. McCartney announced his decision to appear at Liverpool’s world-famous Cavern Club on the Parkinson television show on December 3, 1999. Eleven days later it took place, with just 300 tickets available. It was the first time that he had performed at the venue since the Beatles played there on August 3rd, 1963.
