Uncommon original (not a reprint) official Sixth Annual Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction dinner program made in quantities sufficient only for distribution to the attendees of the induction ceremony, held at New York's Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in 1991. The high-quality program is 40 pages, 8.5 x 12.25, and features images and biographies of the inductees, including The Byrds, Howlin’ Wolf, John Lee Hooker, Jimmy Reed, Ike & Tina Turner, and others. In fine condition, with light handling wear. These programs were not available to the general public and only given out at the induction ceremony, making them very hard to come by.
