The front features nine panels for four time sections related to Days, Hours, Minutes and Seconds, with a "RET / ADV" dial to left, and a hidden control compartment containing various setting switches. The back section features plug-in circuit cards that contain core memory units, as well as numerous plugged-in computer logic modules, all of which should be of great interest to early computer collectors. Electronic Engineering Company of California (EECO) was a major supplier of Time Code Generators and Timing Systems for government and scientific purposes, and in 1966 adapted that technology to time code for Television.
