Signer of the US Constitution from New Jersey (1745-1790). Endorsement, signed "David Brearley," penned on the reverse of a 9 x 6 legal manuscript document dated to September 8, 1768. In very good to fine condition, with a long slice expanding across the bottom of the document, not affecting the signature.
