Parker was predominantly a mystery writer, so this nonfiction, photo-essay sports book, which followed Dogwood Stable for a year, was overlooked by most of Parker's fanbase. Signed copies are relatively uncommon for this reason, with review copies all the more so. This book features great color photos and text for horse racing aficionados and Parker completists.
