President Adams grants John Nicholson a plot of the "land offered for sale at Zanesville, Ohio, containing Eighty acres." Signed at the conclusion by President Adams and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office George Graham. Mounted and matted to an overall size of 22.75 x 17. In very good to fine condition, with some creasing, soiling, a few stains, and a partial seal.
