Al Worden's pair of two United States Air Force Command Pilot embroidered patches, featuring a blue field with Astronaut Command Pilot branches around the star. Each patch measures 3.5″ x 2″. In very good to fine condition, with some scattered staining. A scarce pair of USAF Command Pilot Astronaut badges from the collection of one of 24 men to go to the moon.
