Early Cuban document concerning the procurement of military office supplies, in part (translated): "The credit of $ 120,248.07 that was granted by Law No. 470 of July 29, 1959…to defray the expenses that will originate the acquisition of the furniture and office equipment of the Ministry National Defense, is transferred to the Ministry of Labor…The Minister of Labor will dispose of the existing surplus of the aforementioned credit, as well as the assets acquired from the aforementioned credit…The Ministers of Finance, of the Revolutionary Armed Forces and of Labor are in charge of the fulfillment of the provisions herein." Boldly signed at the conclusion in fountain pen by Prime Minister Fidel Castro, President Osvaldo Dorticos Torrados, and Minister of Finance Rufo Lopez Fresquet. The blue seal and ribbon at the bottom remain fully intact. Mounted above a photograph of a speech to an overall size of 15 x 27.25. In very good to fine condition, with a rough left edge.
