Signed at the conclusion by President Madison, and countersigned by Secretary of State Monroe. Lower left retains the original beige seal, which bears several cracks. In very good to fine condition, with light soiling, and a couple of extra vertical folds near the center. Madison-Monroe land grants are not commonly seen.
