Scarce color Apollo 12 post-flight certificate, 14 x 11, presented to “Robert B. Flanagan, who accompanied us on Bullseye—our world tour—in appreciation for his invaluable support and assistance,” signed below in black felt tip, “Charles Conrad, Jr.,” “Dick Gordon,” and “Alan L. Bean.” In very good to fine condition, with scattered overall foxing, and all three signatures faded but legible.
Originates from the personal collection of longtime NASA employee Robert B. 'Stretch' Flanagan, a Senior Security Specialist who accompanied the Apollo astronauts on their post-flight goodwill world tours. He was nicknamed ‘Stretch’ on account of his 6´6″ height.
