Orville and Foulois signed Air mail cover

Orville Wright, co-inventor of the Wrights’ history-making airplane, and Brig. Gen. B. D. Foulois made the first cross-country flight together on July 30, 1908, at Fort Myers, VA. Flight Cover, 6.5 x 3.75, signed “Orville Wright” in black fountain pen and “B. D. Foulois” in blue fountain pen in the upper left corner. The postage stamp on this flight cover honors The International Civil Aeronautics Conference, December 12,13, 14, 1928, at which Wright and Foulois were guests of honor. Accompanied by newspaper photos of Wright and Foulois and a brief article regarding the conference. In very fine condition, with just a shade of mild toning. LOA John Reznikoff/PSA/DNA and R&R COA.
