German general who took part in the invasions of Poland, France, and Russia during World War II and who was the Commander-in-Chief of the western front from 1942 to 1945. Lot of seven war-dated ALSs in German, each to his wife, including three on German postal cards. In fine condition, with toning and usual mailing folds. R&R COA.
