Printed circular letter concerning the Bayreuth Festival, in part (translated): "As a result of the agreement that exists between us, which assures me of your valued participation in the orchestra of the Bayreuth Bühnenfestspiele during this year's rehearsals and performances, I hereby allow myself to send you the detailed rehearsal plan…You will see from this plan that I will occupy your presence for the full three months."
