Uncommon glossy 8 x 10 official Korean Air Force photo of Rhee greeting General Nathan Twining, boldly signed and inscribed in fountain pen, "To General Nathan F. Twining, with sincere personal regards, Syngman Rhee, Nov. 15, 1955." Reverse bears a Korean Air Force ink stamp. In fine condition, with scattered light creasing. General Twining played a major role in mobilizing the Air Force after war broke out in Korea, and was a key figure in forming United States policy in Indochina.
