Pamphlet headed "Project Mercury" from April 1959, two pages, 8 x 10.5, signed in blue ballpoint, "M. Scott Carpenter," "Leroy G. Cooper, Jr.," "John H. Glenn, Jr.," "Virgil I. Grissom," "Walter M. Schirra, Jr.," "Alan B. Shepard, Jr.," and "Donald K. Slayton." The pamphlet covers tests and research conducted in preparation for manned spaceflight. In fine condition, with two punch holes to the left edge (one to the first letter of Carpenter's signature), and small old tape stains at the corners.
